This can lead to fatigue, cravings, and slower progress.
Instead of supporting your body, it creates more resistance.
What Your Body Actually Needs
In this stage of life, your body needs support, not restriction.
This looks like:
Balanced meals with enough protein
Healthy fats to support hormones
Carbohydrates adjusted to your lifestyle
Consistency over perfection
It also means allowing flexibility.
You still need to enjoy meals with your family.
You still need to live your life.
Because if you cannot maintain it, it will not work long term.
The Real Reason You Feel Stuck
Many women are not lacking effort.
They are lacking the right strategy for this phase of life.
Jumping between diets, only adds more confusion.
I see this often in my coaching.
Women come in doing everything they think is right.
Once we adjust their approach, things start to shift.
Not overnight, but steadily.
A Better Way Forward
Instead of forcing your body, start working with it.
Focus on structure, not restriction.
Build meals that support your energy and hormones.
Stay consistent, even when life gets busy.
