
1. Sleep – Aim at getting 7-10 hours sleep per night
This helps boost your energy, optimize fat loss and improve your mood. You know very well that if you don’t sleep well you feel terrible throughout the day. Put more value into your sleep, and it will improve every single area of your life!
2. Stress – Spend at least 10 minutes per day by yourself doing something for yourself.
Just 10 minutes focused on nothing but you, can help you manage and reduce your stress levels, improving every single area of your life. That’s just 10 minutes out of 1440 hours in a day!
3. Water – Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
75% of our body is made up of water. Not having enough water can impact every single cell in your body, and ultimately every single area of your life. 8 glasses of water is such a simple way to improve your life.
4. Nutrition – Build a healthy plate, 3-4 times per day.
A healthy plate contains a serve of protein, 2 handfuls of vegetables and a serve of good fats. Having 3-4 of these per day prevent you from snacking, overeating, and help you feeling fuller and more satiated for longer, reducing cravings and improving your mood.
5. Exercise – Move for at least 30 minutes every day.
It doesn’t have to be anything too drastic. But 30 minutes out of 1440 per day, can make all the difference to your mental state, emotional state, and physical state. Anything from walking, stretching, exercising, gardening etc. Just move.
