After years of working with women in perimenopause and midlife, one thing became impossible to ignore.
Too many women are struggling.
They are confused by symptoms.
Dismissed by outdated advice.
Left feeling unsupported in one of the most significant transitions of their lives.
Women are navigating brain fog, weight gain, rage, anxiety, sleep disruption, low libido, and deep identity shifts.
Yet many are entering this stage with little education and even less preparation.
That needs to change.
Why I Created This Podcast
I created The Perimenopause & Midlife Podcast because women deserve better.
Not only do today’s women deserve better support, but younger women deserve better education before they even reach this stage.
I want future generations of women to understand their hormones, their bodies, and their health long before symptoms begin.
So they do not have to feel blindsided.
So they do not spend years confused.
So they do not suffer in silence.
This podcast is about building awareness now, creating change now, and helping reshape how women’s health is understood for generations to come.
