This podcast is created specifically for women in their 40s and 50s who are navigating the physical, emotional and lifestyle changes that often come with perimenopause and midlife.
The goal of the show is to provide practical guidance, education and reassurance for women who may be feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsupported during this stage of life.
Throughout the podcast, we explore topics that matter deeply to midlife women, including hormonal health, mental wellbeing, identity shifts, relationships, confidence, and lifestyle strategies that support thriving through midlife.
Episodes will feature a variety of conversations, including:
- Interviews with menopause experts such as doctors, gynaecologists, naturopaths and Chinese medicine practitioners
- Conversations with mindset and personal development experts
- Real stories from women navigating perimenopause and what has helped them feel better
- Discussions with organisations supporting women through menopause in the workplace
- Occasional solo episodes from me sharing coaching insights as a Menopause Coaching Specialist
Season 1 will be fully pre-recorded before the podcast launches, with Episode 1 scheduled for release on 11 May. New episodes will then be released weekly.
Each episode will run approximately 30–60 minutes and will be conversational, relaxed and engaging.
